SMALL GROUP CLASSES
At the CORE Movement Studio we offer Small Group Classes for all bodies.
Classes are Limited to 3 clients or less per class*
**New clients are required to take a minimum of 2 private sessions before they can take any group classes offered !
We cater to the client who is looking for something more than what franchises and big box gyms can offer. We are not a “club” or “barre” type of environment. There us no loud crazy music! We do not have crazy wait-lists, and we don’t let just anyone jump into any level if they are not ready. Our classes are small for a reason we believe in quality over quantity. We welcome new clients, referrals, working professionals, moms, retirees, seniors and more .
What sets up apart:
We follow 6 Principals of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Fluidity
We like to take our time and move with intent & purpose, and we will never rush our sessions.
We strongly encourage moving safely. Alignment matters as does the breath. We are happy to offer hands on Movement guidance (*whenever the instructor feels it’s needed).
We will explain the why behind the exercises so you understand the purpose and make sure you understand the cues you’re given. We give clear directions and can demonstrated such movements when necessary.
There is no competition for attention here. Small classes allows for equal focus of the lead instructors attention and allows for a deeper connection to ones body and easier to concentrate on authentic Pilates movements that are taught in an supporting, caring, and compassionate environment.
We value privacy and will never use your images to promote our business ! This Studio is NOT one that believes in posting excessively on social media. Nor do not wish to become an Instagram influencer type studio. We promise we will never share photos or videos or you ( unless you give us permission to do so).
We teach real technique Not TIK-TOK or Instagram Inspired made up trends! We teach proper form, and we will allow and teach multiple options for modifications (if necessary) and will focus on precision over intensity every time. Less is more ! Don’t expect Pilates to become any other sport it is its own method and should to be practiced regularly to see the results.
We happily offer assistance to any clients ( especially our elders) who may need help getting on or off the reformer, getting set up into the straps, and will bring props to each client when needed per class.
